Paul was one of my earliest formative managers in Sybase '95/'96 . As a new mother I had appreciated what a devoted father he was, often tending a crying child while simultaneously conducting meetings, as I had to do myself. I remember him as one of the warmest, kindest, funniest people I've ever known, with a delightful accent, who, along with Farima, made our team feel like a close-knit family in those days.
