So sad to hear this. My thoughts are with you Nicky and your family. I have such great memories working with Paul: his talent, compassion for the people he works with, and his sense of humour. Outside of work I remember he kindly lent me his plumbing kit and helped me get started as a DIY plumber and of course we bumped into each other at the school gates when the children were smaller. It was a privilege to know him and work with him.
