Paul was an inspiration to all of us at Sybase / SAP for his attention to detail and his passion for always putting our customers first. In a world where we sometimes forget these things, Paul was solidly grounded. He left a mark on all of us who had the good fortune to work with him and know him not just as a co-worker but also as a friend.
