Paul was my manager for a long time and he is one of the best managers I had. He was caring and knew everyone personally of the large diverse team under him spread across the world. Paul was passionate about customer satisfaction and inspiration to all of us in his team. Often we had to handle difficult customers in a highly escalated situation, he taught us how to remain calm even in intense situations. I remember Paul when I have to deal with a difficult situation.
